Please review the following guidelines regarding the Fall Convention.
Purchase of a registration and attendance acknowledges compliance with these items as a condition of participation. Any violation of these will result in non-refundable forfeiture of ticket, expulsion from the convention, and potential disqualification of the quartet or chorus represented.

No one is to be at the school prior to 4pm on Friday as school is in session that day. Ticket table will open 30 mins prior to start of the session.

Absolutely no vaping or smoking of any kind is permitted on school grounds. Vaping or smoking triggers sensors that alert the school principal via text message. It is also illegal in the State of Pennsylvania and therefore may result in the involvement of authorities.

No destruction of school property of any kind and ensure each room is left the same as when you entered it (Leave No Trace).

Do not touch or move any school items or structures. This includes using supplies from desks (i.e. scissors), drawing with markers/chalk and whiteboards/chalkboards, consumption of any food in the classroom, as well as movement of furniture, room dividers/walls, etc. If you feel any item needs to be moved, please connect with a member of the Events Team who will work with the school staff to move if appropriate.
