Informal afterglow gathering will mostly take place at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Easton - if you or your chapter are planning an afterglow, please email braden.lynk@gmail.com and we will work to distribute info to convention attendees. For post-event gathering, all of our block attendees are on the first two floors of the Holiday Inn. We have been instructed that if we keep singing to the main floor, we shouldn’t have issues with noise prior to it being too late at night. As always, please be courteous to the hotel staff and comply with their instructions.

Please do NOT arrive at the school before 3:30pm. The school has a regular school day on Friday and our Events Team will not be arriving there until the school day is over.

Food trucks will be available Saturday morning (coffee/baked items) and lunch time in the back lot (behind the auditorium, by the track).
