Note: If you are using a Chrome browser and see a message above saying:
"This browser isn't supported. Open a different browser and try again", you need to make sure you are on the most recent version of Chrome and then clear part of your cache. Follow these steps:
- Check Version: Open the Chrome menu (three vertical dots, upper right hand corner of your screen), select Help, About Google Chrome. If Chrome is not up to date, follow the prompts to update it.
- Clear Files Cache: Open the Chrome menu, select Settings, click on Privacy and security, click on Delete browsing data, click to check mark (only) Cached images and files, and then Delete data.
- Try Again: Return to the Payments page and refresh it (the arrow circle next to the home icon).
You may need to clear the files cache several times (step 2) if you still see the message.
If you can't clear the message, use a different browser.
