Ray was a 36-year member of the Barbershop Harmony Society (with his son Scott) and singing close harmony was his favorite hobby. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Harmony Foundation, which provides music education scholarships and support for the Barbershop Harmony Society.
