Jane G Brown is a member of SAI Pride of Baltimore and Greater Harrisburg, and earned the distinction of being named the 2018 NAfME/SAI Music Educator of the year.
After attending HCE for 2 years, and then Harmony University, Jane joined the society in the Fall of 2018, and became the director of Harbor City Chorus.
A music educator for over 30 years, Jane is currently the Chair of the Visual and Performing Arts department at The Catholic High School of Baltimore, as well as Music Director at St Thomas More Catholic Church in Parkville.
Jane lives in Owings Mills with her husband, musician Jimmy Brown of the FaBtastic Four and Radio Religion. She has 2 sons and 2 brothers, and is able to easily ignore all the 'boy jokes' that happen during rehearsal!
