In February of 2009, four gents from the Buck County Country Gentlemen Barbershop Chorus in Doylestown, PA, started singing together and formed the Cross Keys Connection barbershop quartet. We derived the name of our quartet from our “connection” and proximity to the Doylestown area and the village of Cross Keys.
We enjoy performing a variety of songs in the barbershop style ranging from old time barbershop favorites, more contemporary Doo-Wop songs, as well as songs from recent musical shows and movies. We offer ballads, easy beat, and up tunes that individuals of all ages can appreciate. We have performed for wedding receptions, private home parties, birthdays, fundraisers, chili cook-offs, retirement facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, picnics, church gatherings, singing Valentines, Fourth of July events, Christmas events, holiday celebrations, as entertainment for meetings held by organizations such as the Masons and Shriners, and on live radio and television.
