Founded in March 2017, Capital City Close Harmony Club is a barbershop quartet based in the Nation's capital, Washington, D.C. CCCHC represents the Alexandria, Bay Area, District of Columbia, and Westminster chapters of the Barbershop Harmony Society.
Mario Sengco (tenor) sings in a variety of choruses and ensembles in the D.C. area, but is so excited to return to the barbershop hobby, which he discovered more than 10 years ago. When he's not singing, he works for the federal agency tasked with protecting public health and the environment.
Jordan Haedtler (lead) has sung barbershop for most of his life with a variety of choruses and quartets. Jordan comes from a musical family, and was honored to win the FWD Championship in 2016 with Don't Tell Mom, the quartet he sings in with his dad and brother. During his non-barbershop hours, he works at an advocacy group running a national coalition of economic justice organizations.
Chuck Hunter (baritone) has been a barbershopper since the early 1970s, starting in San Jose, CA. During overseas postings with the State Department he has directed and sung in numerous mixed and barbershop ensembles. He serves as assistant director and baritone section leader of the Alexandria Harmonizers, and also sings tenor in the choir of All Souls Episcopal Church.
Ken White (bass) has been singing in various barbershop ensembles since childhood. He is a member of the Alexandria Harmonizers and most recently sang with Mayhem, the 2014 Mid-Atlantic District champion quartet. Ken works for an affordable housing developer based in the District of Columbia. When he's not singing or working, you'll find Ken walking the neighborhoods and parks of DC with his dog, Ledger.
